Support Analyst - 1st Line Customer Support - Fixed Income

Support Analyst required. We are working with a leading broker/dealer to bring in a Customer Support Analyst. This is a permanent position based in the City of London offering a salary in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 + bonus and benefits.

We are working closely with the Head of Operations to bring in a new Customer Support Analyst to join the current team. In the position you will be providing 1st line support to the external users of their Fixed Income platform, answering queries and resolving problems for their clients. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the team's inbox and will be involved with UAT testing of new applications/updates.

Required skills:

- Previous customer/client support/facing experience
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Fixed Income products is highly desired
