London (Central) - £32,168 - £37,797 + excellent benefits

We have an excellent opportunity with one of our major clients based in Croydon. As a company they have one of the largest IT Estates in the UK which is currently engaged with by several million customers per year.

The Operations Support Manager will work within the team responsible for providing high quality IT services to the organisation. They will primarily be responsible for liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organisation, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management.

Essential Criteria

You will need to demonstrate within your application the following essential experience

- Previously managed the technical service risks and issues processes on behalf of the teams
- Background managing incoming requests for change, new features, major upgrade or maintenance work from users
- Experience developing and maintaining appropriate delivery plans, schedules, dependencies and task tracking
- Experience managing the development and response to impact assessments and non-standard Service Requests
- Experience chairing management meetings
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Knowledge and experience working with budgets and forecasting
- ITILv3 Foundation

Desirable Experience

Working towards:

- ITILv3 qualifications at Intermediate level; ITIL Managing Across The Lifecycle to be achieved within 12 months
