Brief Overview:

My client is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join their fast-growing team. The successful Senior Incident Manager will have experience managing teams across the world, and have a solid Customer Support or Service Management background.

My client are a global Telecommunications company, with a real focus on fibre optic cable networks. This fantastic organisation provide Internet, voice, and data communications, as well as a wider range of services.

Required Skills/Experience:

Additional language, French or German is ideal

Telecommunications background

Excellent C level communication skills

Proven background of global management

A real sense of assertiveness, with the ability to push a supplier to get the job done

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Support or Service Management
