Service Improvement & Problem Manager - Incident Management- FCA - £45,000

My client are looking to procure the talents of an experienced Service Improvement & Problem Manager to oversee the day to day running of a faced paced IT Service in a wide variety of different departments. The desired candidate will be responsible for the reporting and management of Incidents and problems caused within the IT Service and be the first point of contact to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

The role is critical to my client and it is therefore essential that any candidates must have the following skills and relevant experiences:

- Incident Management
- Service Request Management
- Service Level Management
- Problem Management
- The ability to lead, coach and mentor teams.
- Understanding and knowledge of FCA regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with both IT and high level Business audiences.
- Create Dashboards, Reports, tracking Delivery Metrics, improvement plans, Service requests, Problem Management Requests.
- Rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work under own initiative with minimal supervision.
