Office Team are recruiting for a Cluster Manager to join a unique business based in Sheffield. In this varied and autonomous role you will be required to continuously work to strengthen and build the business brand within a cluster. This will be achieved through account management, proactive practices and delivering exceptional service to clients and agents alike. Managing the cluster on a day to day basis ensuring the KPIs for the cluster are being delivered and also maximum sales potential being reached. To be considered for this role you must have a full clean driving license and your own vehicle , you will be required to commute to other local sites.


- Supervision of the maintenance, reception and administration staff within your cluster
- Monthly invoicing
- Weekly reports
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site or sites
- Continuously work to strengthen and build the brand by delivering exceptional service to clients and agents alike
- Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Regularly walk round sites to confirm that standards of appearance are being maintained
- Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to
- Ensure that all reports are completed in a timely fashion
- Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary


- To work with the Regional Manager to compile and implement a holistic sales and marketing strategy
- To work alongside the Regional Manager to drive and deliver revenue into the properties in order to meet and exceed the budgets
- To ensure the KPIs for each site are being delivered to ensure maximum sales potential being reached
- To develop and foster an environment which identifies all sales opportunities and develops a win win culture to maximise sales
- Ensure consistent, professional and proactive sales practices are adhered to, in line with defined KPIs
- Ensure all sites carry out marketing and follow up on leads received to maximize sales potential
- To ensure re-active sales processes are adhered to and that the information and data is captured within Centre Charge and is 100% accurate to maximise sales opportunities
- All sales and marketing reports are completed in a timely fashion
- Attend and host local networking events to help promote the brand and sites within the cluster


- Account management and some exposure to sales is essential
- Suitable candidates must have worked within a B2B environment
- Must be able to offer a first class customer service experience to customers
- Excellent time management and skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Innovative approach ·
- Must have a positive can do attitude
- Full clean driving license is essential , own transport is essential

Salary: £20 ,000 -23, 000 k, plus bonus and additional benefits
