To manage an ongoing programme of hardware refresh within retail locations for a major corporate client, ensuring management control, governing principals and logistical aspects are controlled throughout.

Supporting pre-sales and client relationship management
*Deliver an ongoing refresh programme to corporate clients' retail locations, controlling scope, stock, partners and internal teams
*Develop strong working relationships with a/c managers and sales teams
*Use strong commercial awareness and understanding of business to provide effective and responsive service to support Account Managers and sales teams to respond to sales opportunities
*Actively investigate additional revenue streams and business opportunities for while working with clients and pass these to the a/c manager to pursue with their clients
*Coordinate pre-sales activities (technical solution, project management, legal, commercial, quality management) to provide high quality proposals to present to clients.
*Confident, skilful presenter of complex business, technical and implementation solutions to internal and external clients
*Identification of upsell opportunities via vigorous implementation of project governance

Project and Programme Management Delivery
*Take accountability to deliver high quality, professional and responsive project management and consultancy services to internal and external clients
*Engage with a/c managers, technical specialists and clients to plan and manage the implementation and delivery of client projects
*Manage risks by following project document development, approval and acceptance processes
*Manage risks by understanding legal implications of project commitments and seeking advice and guidance whenever necessary
*Manage risks by documenting and managing project scopes, risks, assumptions and issues throughout project lifecycle, escalating and highlighting to relevant parties for resolution as necessary
*Ensure the contracting, scope and acceptance sign off processes are followed
*Monitor and report use of project resources against agreed budgets
*Support delivery to time and budget

Project Management Service development
*Help build a positive understanding of project management throughout the organisation by providing project management expertise and promoting the advantages of formal project management
*Deliver project management briefings and presentations as required
*Provide process recommendations to Head of Projects in order to constantly improve efficiency and quality of work
*Maintain high standards of documentation for use in future marketing, sales and implementation activities

*Assisting the Head of Projects with implementing department strategies and processes
*Provide management reports as required
*Agree client chargeable time targets with Head of Projects and ensure these targets are met
*Manage time as agreed with Head of Projects and ensure records are kept up to date
*Complete training as required
*Support Projects Team and supervise and encourage development of junior colleagues.

*Degree Level in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
*Prince 2 practitioner or relevant Project Management qualification
*Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience

Skills and experience
*Demonstrable experience of delivering IT refresh programmes within retail locations
*Demonstrable experience of managing client, partner and internal stakeholders
*Skilled at building strong relationships with a/c managers, sales teams and internal resources to respond effectively to business opportunities
*Strong client facing, commercial experience gained from working with a wide range of organisations and business sectors
*Strong knowledge of IT equipment within a retail environment
*Strong contract management skills with clients, 3rd party providers and sub-contractors
*Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality service to internal and external clients
