I have a role for a Sales Excellence Manager to be based in Reading. Please see the details below and apply if you think you are a good fit!

· Rate: up to £37,000 per annum
· Contract to start ASAP (3rd November ideally)
· Contract will be until 30th June 2017 with the view to extend

To support the Sales Excellence Lead, Partner Account Managers (PAMS) and Sales Directors with process management and data analysis to enable the sales team to optimise their performance.
The process management element to the role will include working with the PAMS and retail partners directly to ensure retail partner claims are efficiently and compliantly tracked and processed, and that PAMS have the support needed to help them collate the data required in a timely manner for rebate programs.
The other element of the role focuses on data analytics and data management. This requires the Sales Excellence Manager to manage the forecasting tools & processes across all categories, to work with internal stakeholders & systems to keep data updated/ clean, plus to be able to deep dive into Account /store level performance to identify trends and insights to support key business decisions.
Key accountabilities include:
Managing the SOA (sell out allowance) process to include, but not exclusive to: Managing and co-coordinating Price protection, gathering stock & sales data, assessing AWC and closing the process to account payment
Managing Day 1 Launch Sheet by co-coordinating with Marketing teams
Supporting PAM's in managing the SD tracker to ensure we are correctly financially & compliantly accrued each month/quarter. Also then supporting Sales by processing all relevant claims from partners.
Supporting PAMS to ensure they have taken appropriate & timely action to a) on board partners on to key programs & b) submitted necessary data and proof of execution for claims to be processed
Management of the forecasting tool - ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the account view
Managing the Sell in process and driving the meeting / communicating the output of to the wider CCG team
Prepare & share weekly performance update for Sales meeting on a weekly basis
Use data & tools to analyse account / store level performance & deliver insights to help drive key business decisions
Manage & Maintain data flow from Retail partners to MS tools & ensure data is 'clean' and accurate

Essential Experience:
Excellent communication skills with equally good listening and qualification skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance internal and customer priorities
Experience of a multiple account set and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners.
Experience of data analytics that drive clear and actionable business insights

Experience of data analysis, tools such as Power BI and detailed Microsoft Excel skills are integral to the role
An understanding of the operational workings of retail (from head office to outlet level) and the supply chain (from manufacture to distribution).

Degree qualified with proven sales and experience preferably in the IT industry. Additional sales or marketing qualifications centred around business value & data analytics would be beneficial.
