We are seeking a Team Manager to lead an office based administrative support Team based in our Perth Training Centre.

Revenue Services are responsible for managing energy theft investigations and warrant activity for our supply agents and for external customers, as well as undertaking additional activities to fulfil our contractual and obligatory requirements.

You will lead a Team that raise and resource work for our Operatives, manage billing for field work, and handle telephone calls from supply agents and our internal staff. You'll be responsible for updating systems, for setting and managing business KPIs and will also support a wide range of other Revenue Services business tasks.

To be successful in this role you should have exceptional interpersonal skills as you'll be required to liaise with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally, and by telephone or face to face.

You will need team leadership, organisational and problem solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. You should have knowledge of CS and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as you will be required to produce a variety of reports.

You should be a natural problem solver and enjoy making improvements to work processes. You'll have the ability to adapt to quick changing situations and will be required to travel to different locations to fulfil the requirements of this role. You must be able to work on your own and be an effective team member, demonstrating a positive, flexible and motivated approach to your work.
