Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial City Operations Manager to oversee the company's presence in Leeds. The ideal candidate for the City Operations Manager will have a mix of hands-on operations experience, as well as a problem-solving approach and analytical mind set. The role reports directly to Head of Expansion in their London HQ.

Role and Responsibilities

TASKS of the City Operations Manager:
* Executing the company's strategy and implementing the infrastructure in Leeds
* Managing day to day operations in Leeds: fleet management, training, technical support, payroll and troubleshooting
* You will be providing support to partner restaurants and retailers as the city operations manager you will be the face of the company to your clients
* Reporting on Leeds' growth performance to Head of Expansion

Experience and Skills

REQUIREMENTS of the City Operations Manager
* 1+ years experience within an operational role, ideally in a digital business
* Educated to a degree level
* Track record of working hands on, in a fast paced environment
* Problem-solving abilities: identifying the issue and providing solution
* Strong organisational and communication skills
