IQ Tech are seeking an Assistant Manager and Manager within Merger and Acquisitions Technology to join one of the big 4 consultancies in Central London.

You will play a lead role in undertaking complex IT due diligence assignments within our clients Financial Advisory Transaction Services division.

Skills Required:-

- Applications/Infrastructure Technology experience
- Understanding of SAP/Oracle Financials
- Strong Microsoft Excel for Analytics
- Merger and Acquisition background desirable but not essential

This role is divided into 40% Analytics and 60% Client facing so key client/people skills are essential.

The M&A Technology team is 2 years old and started as a small due diligence focused team of 3-4 people. Today it is a team of 18 people. They are technologists that sit in a larger team of chartered accountants with an M&A focus - all within the Transaction Services division.

Our client are looking to grow this team to 40 people by 20/20 which offers plenty of room for career progression.
