HR Manager - Redhill, Surrey - up to £50,000. The Ashdown Group have been approached by a multi-site organisation in the healthcare sector looking to recruit a HR Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take a lead role at a well-respected organisation.

The role will mix both hands on elements and strategy. The successful candidate should have strong generalist HR skills and experience of overseeing a notable workforce across several locations. You will have significant exposure to grievance procedures and disciplinaries, as well as skills in learning and development, talent acquisition and performance management.

To be suitable for this role you should be an experienced HR professional with management experience. Because of the nature of the organisation you must have exposure to the healthcare sector, and knowledge of CQC procedures and compliance documentation are highly desirable.

This is an established healthcare organisation who are experiencing sustained growth and the successful candidate will support further growth by putting policies and practices in place in advance of need. The role will involve occasional travel to other sites as required and as such a full clean license is essential. All sites are within 1 hours drive of Redhill.

You must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and an ability to communicate with staff at all levels. You should be CIPD qualified, ideally with a relevant degree qualification.

In return for your efforts the organisation offers a very supportive business environment and an excellent salary of £40,000 - £50,000 for the right candidate.
