Our innovative Client is looking to recruit another talented Analyst into their team to deliver improvement initiatives across the business.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the business to run as efficiently and effectively as possible by driving opportunities for improvement. Working within this team you will be in a high profile position and in a vital role to keep improving the operational efficiency of the business.

Main responsibilities include:

- Driving service improvement ideas forward, agreeing solutions with the business, identifying and IT changes required
- Managing the change into the business and evaluating its business benefits
- Looking at the business to ensure they deliver the best client value and reduce waste
- Dealing with complex queries and using them as a way to improve
- Communicating with the business on improvements

Key requirements

- You are likely to have Insurance experience but above all, the ability to analyse and develop effective solutions - any experience you have of managing change will be helpful
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Some knowledge of Improvement Techniques or Project Management would be benefical
- Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills
