Here at Mansfield's very own trampoline park, we're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team and assist with the day to day operations of i-Jump. You will be responsible for running the facility, including organising staff rota's, ordering stock, assigning resources to tasks and providing exceptional customer care. We need someone with experience within the leisure industry who is 100% dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer care.

The main duties of our Team Manager will include:

* Preparing staff rota's that meet with Company KPI's

* Opening and closing the facility

* Managing staff effectively and efficiently

* Ensuring the venue is suitable stocked at all times

* Managing supply chain

* Managing gross profit margins

* Responsible for all Health and safety matters

* Deal with queries from the public and customers

* Assist with marketing activities

* Prepare reports for senior management review

* All other tasks that contribute to the successful day to day running of the venue

We're looking for someone who has...

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* 2 years management experience

* Professional personal presentation

* Health & Safety awareness

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

* Organisation and prioritising skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to use your initiative

* Reliable and able to work well under pressure

A First Aid At Work course certificate would be beneficial however we are willing to put the Duty Manager through this course if required
