Graduate Sales Executive - Castleford - £18k - £20k per annum plus commission

The Company
Based in the Castleford our client is an innovative market leading Electrical Manufacturer; due to their continued success the company are currently expanding their sales team and recruiting for a Graduate Sales Executive.
The successful applicant will be responsible for New Business Development / Account Management and engaging customers over the phone through outbound calls

Role responsibilities:
* Making outbound business to business calls, engaging key decision makers with promotional campaigns.
* Making outbound follow up calls to convert initial prospects into clients.
* Responsible for lead generation, building up new business pipelines and maintaining / developing the database of clients you acquire
* The role will see you working collaboratively with our external field based sales force referring leads and following up potential new business proposals.

Skills / Experience:
* Ideally you will have previous experience as a sales or customer service person in a B2B environment
* Degree level education is essential
* Hungry to achieve result s and build a career
* Essential to have a warm and personable personality, with high levels of confidence.
* Must have good sales skills, including the ability to negotiate and persuade, whilst showing enthusiasm for the product.
* Vision, drive, tenacity and determination.
* Able to work autonomously with self-starter attitude.
* Require a quick thinker, bringing your own ideas and creativity.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
