Sales & Marketing Support Administrator: A bright and enthusiastic sales and marketing support administrator is required to join a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative products that facilitate more effective and efficient working in the modern agile workplace.

The sales and marketing support administrator will work closely with the business development director to provide essential sales administration support as well as marketing support, via a variety of social media platforms and e-commerce on the company's web site, to ensure continued commercial growth.


-The front line of contact for our customers - answering, monitoring and responding to incoming calls, e-mails, Live Chat and social media enquiries from customers. making outbound phone calls dealing with external suppliers.
- Complete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively including processing sales orders and managing e-commerce orders.
- Follow up sales quotes and enquires to generate orders.
- Ensure the customers are aware and have access to all relevant information that will enable them to promote the company's products effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain and update the sales forecast and project forecast.
- Identify and create proactive marketing initiatives that will maximise the market coverage of the company's products across a variety of platforms.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Research and Development - competitor analysis and awareness.
- Stock management - daily/weekly management of stock versus orders, awareness of lead times with all suppliers and maintaining stock levels to match sales orders.
- Purchase order processing. To check and book in stock and carry out quarterly stock checks.
- Monitor internal and external production teams.
- Logistics management - managing incoming supplier deliveries (international) through to finished goods delivery locally and internationally.
- Project management - managing and co-ordinating customer sales orders, particularly if they are export orders and dealing with customs clearance etc.
- System administration - new customer account opening, new product code entry and report running.
- Liaise with accounts to ensure all payments are pursued and completed.
- Process customer sample and literature requests, deliveries, collections and capture feedback on the outcome of the enquiry.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

- Strong administration skills to include creating quotations, processing orders, contract administration and database work.
- Experience of working in a busy commercially driven environment with excellent customer service skills.
- Be enthusiastic, motivated and able to work under pressure - prioritise a busy workload.
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Good levels of numeracy, literacy, commercial and business skills.
- I.T Literacy - competent user of Microsoft Office programs and quickly understand a proprietary IT system.
- Strong telephone and communication skills and dealing confidently with existing customers.
- Social media and E-mail marketing experience with knowledge of content management systems like Hootsuite and WordPress.
- Adobe and photo editing ability with the understanding of Analytics for Google Analytics etc.
- Copy writing ability for blogs posts, Twitter communication and some SEO knowledge is desirable.
