My client is seeking a full-time Telesales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join an existing team with opportunities for progression within the company after your 1st year with the company. The company is a well-established exhibition and live events company based in Coventry with a global present in North America, Europe and the Middle East. The company offers full induction training upon commencement and ongoing coaching and support. Monthly QA and Coaching calibrations to drive performance and consistency are conducted by the department performance improvements and quality manager.

As the Telesales Executive your duties will include:

- Making outbound calls to exhibitors selling core services to include: furniture, exhibition stand design, electrics, graphics, data registration and audio visual.
- Providing customer service, sales and general support for a trade show, events and convention exhibitors and / or show organisers within the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
- Up sell and cross selling additional services where ever possible.
- Working directly with existing and new customers, primarily through outbound calls and sending e-mails.
- Contacting existing clients from previous shows who will be exhibiting at the same show the next year to sell products and services, generating repeat custom.
- Creating a win / loss analysis from exhibitor inbox and call follow ups.

To be a successful Telesales Executive you will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous telesales experience.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (A-C grade).
- Relevant vocational qualification.
- HNC, A level or equivalent preferably with minimum English and Maths grade c or above at GCSC level or equivalent.
- Experience gained within the exhibition and events industry.
- Experience working within a similar role / at a similar level, including experience of concern resolution, contact centre, sales, convention service or telemarketing.

The Telesales Executive will be working a 37.5-hour week working Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 8:30 - 17:00 (with one-hour unpaid lunch). However, you will need to be flexible and be available to work outside these hours (7.00-10.00pm Monday - Sunday) on an ad hoc, rotational basis during peak times, with additional remuneration in order to meet the requirements of the business.

In return, the Telesales Executive will receive a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, OTE £45,000 with uncapped commission.
