An excellent opportunity to join a well-established team, you will be required to:

- Taking calls from customers using our internal system
- Answering customer service calls
- Booking/extending/cancelling reservations for customers
- Checking stock availability for stores
- Answering product queries
- Discussing after sales and returns process
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Hours of work will vary so some flexibility is required

We are looking for candidates with previous Retail, Hospitality and Customer Service back ground

to join a rapidly growing department
