Our Clients are UK experts in Oral Hygiene products, and have been the leading supplier of toothbrushes, mouth rinses, flosses and much more, to the professional dental trade for the last 30 years. Through time the company has gone from strength to strength by offering a range of products at competitive prices and the highest quality to dental practices. As a result they are looking to add to the existing Sales team.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Territory Manager to help expand the clientele. You will be the face of the company and will be dedicated to business development, winning new accounts and looking after existing customers. You should already be in a Dental Sales role or working in a clinical capacity within a dental practice.

Based: West Midlands, covering the M6 corridor (Coventry, Birmingham, Walsall, Crewe, Stoke).

Salary: Maximum £35,000 basic + bonus + car + pension + usual benefits

This position will include the following responsibilities:

· This position is responsible for managing all field sales activities within a specific territory in the West Midlands

· This requires regular consultative contact with every account in a designated territory to build customer merchandise with a heavy emphasis on obtaining new customers.

· Preferably living in, or at the maximum living within an hour's commute of the designated territory.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

· Experience and demonstrable track record selling into dental practices or alternatively working I a clinical capacity in a dental practice e.g, practice manager or dental nurse.

· Problem-solving, working on own initiative

· Well organized, ability to multi task and have an eye for detail

· Good presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).

· Specification sales experience

· Customer focused

· Computer-literate including Word, Excel

· Possess a Full driver's license
