The primary purpose of this role is to support online sales (OLS) performance targets from the company's e-commerce websites.

* Research industry best practise and competitor bench marking - use this information to challenge pricing and website effectiveness
* To liaise and build relationships with internal departments such as Technical, Design and Customer Support to assist online sales achieve its targets
* Review, research and create high-quality content across our digital properties to ensure users are presented with the highest quality content
* Organise SEO optimised copy for a range of platforms in the form of blogs, product / service descriptions, tweets, articles and reports
* Propose, create and manage ad hoc digital marketing incentives including quizzes, videos, interactive sections, graphics and content tracking
* Liaise with the Multi-media Designer to utilise the most effective images and graphics
* Suggest conversion optimisation improvements to ecommerce websites
* Develop online and email promotional activity and communicate throughout the company
* Ensure PPC is used efficiently including liaising with external agencies to maximise the ROI
* Contribute to the ongoing Affiliate marketing strategy
* Deliver successful link-building campaigns which provide a positive ROI including ethical link building to drive referral traffic
* Use of web analytics to provide actionable insight on content performance and customer engagement, understand our bounce rates to increase dwell time, more leads and improving conversion
* Produce SEO analysis including, performance metrics, keyword research, competitive market audits, etc.
* Conduct regular SEO audits on all websites
* Work with the e-Commerce Manager to ensure that all projects and completed on time and to budget

Skills and Experience:

* A thirst for digital marketing knowledge
* Good communication skills
* A strong understanding of user journey and user experience
* Digital content optimisation expertise
* Results driven and delivery focused with excellent organisational and planning skills
* Knowledge of search engine crawling, indexing and ranking algorithms
* A good understanding of Google analytics and tag management
* Must be confident with CRM systems and segmentation of customer data
* Comfortable working closely with colleagues in different departments
* Know how to identify new opportunities and improve existing marketing channels
* Good understanding of social media platforms and marketing
* Able to conduct and undertake research into new market segment as required

Candidate must have a minimum 1 ½ years' experience and at advance stage for the skill sets below:
