Sales Support and Social Media Assistant

We are vibrant busy recruitment and search consultancy based in the heart of London's West End with easy access from Oxford Street (Central line) and Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly Line)

We focus on Sales, Banking, Technology and Digital markets and we have good fun but professional team of people.

Our expansion has created the space for someone to join our operations and support team as Sales Support to report into our Business Operations Manager.

You will support the team and its management in the smooth running of the administration

You will also be instrumental in driving our social media strategy and therefore if you have an interest in marketing and in particular, Social Media this would be an advantage.

We are the kind of company where team work is encourage and expected.

Duties will include the following:

- Front of House - Meeting and greeting clients
- Telephone answering and message taking
- Candidate registration
- Producing presentations for Clients and Internal meetings (PowerPoint)
- Creating documents for Sales Pitches
- Compliance administration
- Research work/Mapping and resourcing
- Working with the Business Operations Manager to improve processes
- Managing the company CRM system
- Producing reports
- Website content
- Social media development
- Internal recruitment/Candidate attraction

You will have a bright and positive mentality, hardworking whilst being prepared to get your sleeves rolled up and your hands dirty.

In return you will work with some fantastic people and be well rewarded.

Essentials are:

- Intermediate/Advanced MS Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- CRM experience

Salary will depend upon experience however as a guide Up to £23k for the right experience
