We are currently seeking to recruit a talented and proven Field Sales Executive for an Area Sales Manager opportunity for our Cardiff Depots to take responsibility for managing a sales territory across Wales.

You will be a talented and engaging Sales Professional who has a proven track record in maximising both revenue returns and customer satisfaction. You will be strong at new business development and relationship building, as well as highly effective in day to day account management responsibilities.

Knowledge of the industrial rentals/ plant hire marketplace would be a distinct advantage, previous experience of selling technical products and services would be useful but we will happily train an individual who is keen to learn as it is your sales drive, positive attitude and desire to make your mark within our organisation that is more important to us.

You will therefore be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the Customer has any day to day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI and revenue targets are achieved.

Whilst targeting new customers, developing/ maintaining current local and national account customers, your key tasks will include devising a sales strategy, achieving sales targets and managing sales activity/ forecasts. You will also maintain good working relationships with existing customers whilst developing new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders.
