This is a really exciting time to join a small, growing business who have identified a niche in their market and are set to have explosive growth with the releaseof two, in house written software products.

They are now recruiting two senior IT sales executives. They have recently invested in three telemarketeers and a new Marketing Director. They'll also had a huge cash injection from a backer who has created more than 50 millionaires.

The software is a supply chain solution for the construction industry. It can cut down paper based transactions and cut upto 90% of administration out of the supply chain. They currently have four very large reference sites (FTSE250 companies) and in each case they've cut the admin team associated with supply chain from over 100 people to less than 10. The solution also gives users the ability to instantly see all parts of the supply for the constructionof very large projects. The software also acts as a document interchange solution giving compliance and transparency.

This is a new business role and it will be to focus on the largecontracting market (i.e. businesses who have a turnover of more than £500m) and the large sub contracting market (i.e. businesses who have a turnover of more than £200m).

There are two products, each with different order values. The smaller of the two has an average IT sales value of £50k and the larger one has an average IT sales order value of £150k. Each then incur pay per use taking the spend up by another50% per solution per year.


You must have a proventrack record in IT sales in at least one of the following three areas:

IT sales in supply chain or ERP software

IT sales to the construction market

IT sales of ecommerce solutions into a commercial market.
