IT Client Development Manager - 12 month fixed-term - up to £45,000 plus 10% bonus

Household brand who is looking to expand is recruiting for a Client Development Manager based in Leeds. You will be responsible for delivery of the Client Management activities for specific clients and the management of the team. Responsible for consultancy to the commercial and operational teams, as well as reporting and governance in relation to the product/system activities across the business.

Experience required:

- Experience in a client facing/project management / Account management role
- Previous team lead experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Customer focused with a professional approach to work
- Ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Ability to manage workloads to tight deadlines

More about the role:

- To be the Face of IT' to existing and prospective Clients acting as the IT liaison between clients and the business
- To work with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful management of clients, products and prospects and processes interfacing with the system/product
- To develop and enhance the capability and development of the team
- Provide accurate and timely information on the system activities, integration, product developments, key account work and system led change
- To work with IT Projects/Change and Development specifically in supporting the successful delivery of the IT change portfolio
- To work with IT Services and Sales & Marketing to ensure a successful day to day service delivery to clients
- Approach change in a positive and creative manner to support development of IT R&D
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, management and development of members of staff within the team
- Support and resolve client issues and escalations in a timely manner to the benefit of the Client and the business.
- To ensure all client communication is of a high quality
