Our Plymouth Young Peoples' Service provides accommodation for 68 young people where staff use a coaching approach to nurture natural talents and skills of young people to ensure effective transformational changes and leadership potential is recognised. They provide a wide range of opportunities and support for young people to recognise their own talent and remove the barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals helping them move on to independent living.

An opportunity has arisen across this service for an enthusiastic, motivated person to undertake reception duties within Plymouth Foyer.

As a Customer Services Officer you will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy reception. You will liaise with staff, external agencies, residents and visitors to the building. You will also work closely with other Customer Services Officers to support the Housing Management Team. You must have excellent IT skills, ability to manage difficult situations and an understanding of the issue young people face today. A good telephone manner is essential for this role.

This is a part time role which will involve working Monday to Friday on a rota basis to ensure the smooth running of the business.
