At Capita Customer Management we work for some of the best-known brands in the country, like car makers, tech companies and mobile phone networks. Right now we're looking for people to take Customer Service calls on behalf of Scottish Power at our Warrington site.

The start date is 24th October. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week within the opening hours of 8AM - 10 PM Monday to Friday and 8AM - 6PM Saturday with no Sunday working. The role is offering £15,015 per annum with an additional bonus of up to £1600 per annum based on reaching targets.

About you

This role will include managing a high volume of incoming customer queries relating to gas and electric billing queries, inputting and amending customer payment/personal details, providing information on the most competitive tariffs depending on the customer requirements. You will need to have enthusiasm, resilience and a professional customer service approach at all times.

Although full training is provided, the successful candidate will have previous customer service experience. You'll also need a confident, friendly telephone manner and a willingness to help solve your customers' problems.

With four weeks training provided, we'll provide you with the knowledge of the client that you need to succeed, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
