Permanent, full-time 37.5 hours per week (on a rotational shift basis between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday)

Starting salary £16,000 to £18,000 per annum depending upon experience

We are looking for positive and driven Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and successful Mortgage Associate Team in Leek.

What will I be doing?

You'll manage great conversations with our customers, resolving queries at the first point of contact as well as arranging appointments with our Mortgage Advice Teams.

Working with a number of different computer systems you will ensure that you provide accurate and helpful information to customers and answer queries quickly and efficiently. Always ensuring the last call of the day is just as fantastic as the first. All the time ensuring you adhering to company policy and the relevant regulatory requirements.

What skills and experience will you have?

- Experience of delivering exceptional customer experience

- Contact centre / call centre experience preferred

- Ideally you will have some knowledge of financial services but this is not essential

- Confident in using multiple computer systems

- Good numeracy skills
