The Company

An incredible opportunity for a Quality & After Sales Manager has arisen with this innovative company. As a business they design, develop, and manufacture a range of bespoke electro-mechanical products. The development of new products and the evolution of existing products are cornerstones of the company's strength and success.

A multi-million-pound company; they pride themselves on their highly skilled engineering team. They are looking to recruit an experienced Quality & After Sales Manager with experience in a manufacturing environment.

The Role

The Quality & Customer Support Manager will be responsible for the management, planning, improvement and day to day running of the test & inspection department, as well as the customer service department and the company's internal and external product quality. You will be managing the company's quality and service teams and you will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards;
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality standards are adhered to;
- Plan and manage the assembly process.

The Candidate

The following points are beneficial:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management position in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience of quality engineering and customer support;
- Technical background: experience working with engineered products;
- A strong work ethic and drive in a dynamic role;
- Effective written and verbal communication.
