A facilities management company that specialises in integrated hard and soft facilities management and specialist support services for secure and critical environments is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor based in Wiltshire to join its expanding team. The company design and operate facilities and provide management services to both the public and private sector. It provides and manages people, premises, vehicles and equipment to support the efficient delivery of our customer's core business activities.

As the Cleaning Supervisor your duties will include:

- Support the team taking responsibility for training and development and maintenance of expectations related to all people management aspects including absence and timekeeping, retention, productivity, quality of work, uniform and appearance standards, behaviour and attitude.
- Take control of any informal conversations or counselling meetings related to this.
- Ensure good staff morale through counselling / coaching and be observant of staff needs.
- Produce and record information e.g. SLA monitoring information, equipment and stock levels to contribute to the performance monitoring process, routine area checks.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning consumables and to organise for administration team to order supplies directly as appropriate to meet operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship so that the client's needs are understood and the Company reputation is enhanced.
- Support the cleaning team in continually reviewing operational procedures to maximise customer satisfaction.

To be a successful Cleaning Supervisor you will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous people management, cleaning experience.
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
- Previous customer focused environment.
- Computer literate.
- Good verbal and written skills.

The hours are 32.5 per week, term time only but with a requirement to undertake deep cleans during the period of school closure and you must be able to attend work for ten days during this period. The cleaning team work a split shift pattern and the supervisor will work between 6.00 am - 8.30 am and 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm.

In return, the Cleaning Supervisor will receive a salary of £8.75 per hour.
