We are currently looking to recruit talented individuals to join our fantastic customer service team. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, and shifts will rotate between 7am and 7pm.

The main duties of the Advisor roles would be to respond to all inbound calls in a dedicated, efficient and professional manner. Some will also have a special focus on the completion of specific administrative processes.

We would be looking for enthusiastic individuals, with excellent communications skills and a strong customer focus, and passion for helping people and resolving problems. We would be looking for people with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment.

Successful applicants would need to meet the NSI BS7858 security standard, which requires all Chubb`s UK personnel (both temporary and permanent) to be criminally and financially vetted.
