A fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a busy and well known property company in Leighton Buzzard.

The purpose of this role is to record, action and complete all Post Valuation Queries received from clients in a timely fashion. These cases are monitored throughout the process to ensure delivery of the highest possible service to the clients.

Key Requirements:

- Record and action all PVQ's
- Read and understand all queries to verify validity
- Gain an understanding of clients reporting requirements
- Escalate overdue cases
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required
- Log into call queues and assist with call handling
- Understand and meet all company and department policies

Must be computer literate and previous customer service experience.

The ideal candidate should be able to work to targets and deliver under pressure, offer a professional approach to work and be able to communicate effectively on all levels.
