Our Worcester based client is looking for an experienced Customer Advisor to work in a small yet busy call centre to take incoming calls. The role is all customer service and there are no sales involved.

There are different hours available all Monday to Friday to include:
7am - 3.30pm /10.30am -7pm or 9-5.30pm

The main purpose of the role is to provide customer support by handling incoming calls from clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the team. Experience of working with high volume incoming calls is essential as you will need to respond in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring immediate action is taken where necessary. Part of the role will be admin based working on Excel and updating an online booking system as well as producing reports and updating management information accurately and efficiently.

- Taking incoming calls
- General administrative tasks
- Creating and maintaining office documentation
- MI report production and distribution
- Supporting fellow team members when required
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Creating and distributing contracts
- Maintaining and entering records onto the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Auditing booking entries
- Chase outstanding information from clients and suppliers.

The company provide on- going training and support as well as a friendly team environment. This is a permanent position based in the centre of Worcester which can easily be reached by public transport.
