This is a new position wish a well established growing organisation. This is a Sales opening for an experienced Sales Executive to earn £££'s with an excellent basic and uncapped commission. As a new role, my Client will also consider a Lead Generation Representative that will be responsible for developing important sales opportunities, working alongside the Directors to drive the growth of Business through research and appointment setting. The successful candidate must have exceptional business acumen and the ability to communicate with confidence at senior/decision-making levels. Candidates would need to have their own transport due to the location.


- Target new and existing customers to secure qualified sales appointments
- Implement and maintain sales best practices
- Drive exhaustive lead penetration, high activity standards and pipeline management
- Suggest improvements to optimise lead qualification process
- Work closely with the Directors and external sales team
- Perform research and intelligence gathering on prospects

Skills & Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience of internal sales & cold calling
- High energy, results-oriented, driven professional
- Mentoring, training and feedback skills will be provided
- Excellent business judgment
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
- Knowledge of logistics marketplace an advantage
- Comfortable interacting with all levels with potential clients through phone and email
- Knowledge of sales and sales processes preferable
- Car driver essential due to location
