Locations: Harrow, Ruislip, Northolt, Greenford, Hayes, Hounslow, Heston, West Drayton Wembley, Isleworth, Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Pinner, Stanmore, Edgware, Brent Park, Wood Green, Holloway & East Finchley.

This customer and team focused retailer has hundreds of stores throughout the UK with a large number of these being associated with a leading food brand. Despite this very wide presence they have exciting plans for further growth in the coming years and continue to invest millions of pounds in to people as well as their store portfolio. These stores continue to provide customers with a selected range of high quality fresh food ranges, including ready meals, fresh produce, sandwiches, wine, flowers and groceries.

As a Store Manager you will have a hands on approach and be someone who naturally role models positive leadership behaviour to a team of 20-25. Although you will think customer, customer, customer; you will have an eye for high standards and be someone who is passionate about the delivery of results through a team. You will be a coach, a mentor and a motivator so strong communication skills are key. You will create a fun, friendly and professional working environment, one that offers a memorable customer experience and a great place to work.

Day to day you will be identifying talent, training and developing your people, handling store HR/ER issues, driving sales, getting involved in project work and building relationships internally and externally - this role certainly offers variety.

Ideally you will have experience of leading a fast paced, high volume retail or hospitality store/unit and worked in one of the following capacities: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager, General Manager, Business Manager, Department Manager or Duty Manager.
