Contact Centre (Aftersales) Agents required by Motor Dealership based in Chorley, Lancashire. Salary £16.5K basic - £19K OTE depending on skills and experience. This role is offered on full time and part time basis.

We are one of the largest Motor Dealerships employing over 250 employees across 5 sites with reputation for market leading customer service, brand desirability and employee satisfaction.

Vacancies have now arisen for confident, enthusiastic customer contact specialists who have a passion for people. This is a varied role and is a great opportunity for someone who has first class customer service skills and thrives on building relationships over the telephone. This is a central Contact Centre that works on behalf of our group of dealerships.

Knowledge or experience within the motor industry would be advantageous - but not essential. The ideal candidate will be tenacious and determined and will be able to provide great service whilst identifying and closing sales opportunities.

- Building relationships with our customers - no cold calling
- Updating customer online records and feeding back to management team
- Booking in service, MOT and repair work
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Customer care follow up calls
- Adding value to the customer experience

All systems are PC based and include a full CRM system.

The Contact Centre currently handles all incoming and outgoing calls and bookings for our Aftersales departments across the group.

Both part time and full time applications will be considered. The working week is based on a rota with shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 5pm on a Saturday.
