If you are successfully recruited for this challenging Senior Sales Executive role, your most crucial responsibility will be sustaining the company's existing portfolio of commercial clients as well as using your powers of innovation and persuasion to develop new accounts around the West Yorkshire region. You will be located on patch reporting into their Leeds Branch.

Our client supply specialist goods and the successful candidate will represent the company as a leader in the distribution of thermoplastic sheets, rod and tubing. It is absolutely vital that you are able to safeguard and build strong business relationships with fabricators, sign makers and signage companies alike. Specifically, your product range includes but is not limited to: Acrylic; Palsun; Polycarbonate; Palight Foam PVC; Sloan LED's and Alupanel ACP. Although, the company work within a specialist market the most valuable quality we are looking for in a Sales Executive is a proven track record in the wider products/commodities sales environment. This must be allied to a dynamic, results driven personality adept at managing high volume activity and driving market growth to a range of industries.

Further responsibilities include:

*Taking over and gaining market share for all the companies on patch.

*Maximizing current business opportunities and managing existing relationships.

*Developing relationships with new customers

*Working towards clear revenue and activity targets

*Dealing with fabricators, signmakers and signage companies as well as other manufacturers on a face-to-face basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in a product sales environment is essential for this role.

Experience in distribution sales, plastics, acrylics, thermoplastic sheet and tubing would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Similarly, experience selling to signage companies and signmakers would be ideal but is not essential.

In addition, individuals who have experience working in a product sales environment will be of interest, ideally with knowledge of distribution sales.

You should be extremely professional, self motivated and have excellent communication skills.

It is imperative that the successful candidate is self confident and has a persuasive personality with the ability to communicate at all levels. This must be combined with dynamism, motivation and an excellent work ethic.

The current team is long standing so a stable career history illustrating reliability and tenacity is important.
