Netbox Recruitment Ltd are working with an International manufacturing company who are looking to recruit for an experienced FAE (Field Application Engineer)

Based in beautiful offices in the Mid-Kent area you will be responsible for the overall manufacturing process of the custom modules. Taking the idea and concept from the client and delivering the product to deadline. As an FAE Engineer you will need to liaise with clients when it comes to troubleshooting. This is a client facing role.
You will be educated to degree level within Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications. You will need at least ½ years practical experience for this role.

The key skills you must have for this role are
* FAE background
* Some technical knowledge
* Powerline based applications
* Working with Power line boards, Electronic Controls and supply boards- assisting the design engineers
* Customer facing roles
* Some project co-ordination skills
* Able to carry out and fully understand the manufacturing process from beginning to end
* Experience with trouble shooting and helping with teething problems of new products
* Have a commercial background
* Be happy to be travelling up to 4-6 weeks out of the year to meet with clients across Europe and China

You will be working closely with the clients and engineers so technical ability is needed to enable you to speak credibly about the products and troubleshoot where necessary. It is important that you are a confident communicator and good at building rapport.

Salary set £20-35k for this FAE role, depending on experience. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will understand the entire process of the product from production to presentation to the client, with some of the largest brands in the world, including Facebook and other market leaders across varied industries. You will meet these clients face to face across the world and will be heavily involved in the whole process of the manufacturing of the product.
