£25,000 - £35,000 plus benefits


We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Performance Analyst / Maintenance Analyst, to analyse a number of Landfill Gas engines, ensuring maximum efficiency and best practice at all times. Our client is a leading organisation within the Power Generation sector, with the opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join their team based in the Oxford area.

As a Maintenance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

* Analysing the plants operational performance ensuring best practice
* Aligning condition based monitoring to maximise performance
* Analysing maintenance costs & identifying opportunities to enhance cost saving
* Monitoring the effectiveness of the maintenance plans & staff, highlighting improvements
* Developing & maintaining KPI's to maximise equipment performance and input into Director's monthly reports / dashboards
* Other duties as required

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have relevant experience working within a similar Performance Analyst position within the Power Generation / Renewable Energy industry. You should have experience conducting high levels of data processing & analytical skills for multiple assets, and previous experience producing KPIs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading organisations within the Power Generation sector. This is a permanent position based in near Oxford. Travel to site may be required therefore a full UK licence is essential.

The package on offer for this position includes an attractive basic salary in the range of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits.
