Our client is an award winning, market leading business specialising within the Manufacturing Automotive industry. The Business has demonstrated amazing growth over the years and now employ approx. 100 x staff with numerous high value contracts with major household brand names.

The position will cover a wide range of duties but with a focus on the quality and efficiency of the build quality and process at every stage. This will involves checking and recording any faults to then revise and look at potential manufacturing issues, review kit building and the fitment process.
You will be charged with Quality Control with respect to system installations, working as part of a team we will be looking at the quality and efficiency of the build quality and every stage.

The position offers a great amount of scope for a positive, creative and solution minded individual to look at continuous improvement models by establishing methods for process improvement and this factor is key to success in the position.

Previous engineering experience from either a Production or Manufacturing background is required and any previous experience of OEE, 6 sigma, Kaizen, 5s or any other process improvement techniques is highly desirable. The successful candidate must also be computer proficient.
