The role-

Working as part of the engineering team, the successful candidate will provide support and optimise engineering resources in the maintenance of capital equipment, buildings and utility services to meet the needs of the business and to generate continuous improvements in the cost and quality of engineering performance

The candidate-

The ideal candidate will be an electrically biased (but with mechanical capabilities), time served maintenance engineer (with 17th Edition) who is ideally educated to ONC / HNC level. Exposure to Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC’s and having worked in an FMCG environment would be a distinct advantage as would the ability to fault find on servo’s and motors. Good problem solving skills and the ability to get to the real root cause of issues are pre-requisites for this role, as are good communication and organisational skills. .
