Our customer, one of the largest and rapidly growing M&E maintenance/FM providers in the UK, who operate worldwide, have a requirement for an electrically biased Building Services supervisor for one of their flagship contracts in the Surrey/Middlesex area. The contract is the UK headquarters of a multi-national company. Working on a Monday-Friday basis, 08:00-17:00, the role will involve responsibility for running a team of multi-skilled engineers, with a focus on electrical and HSE compliance. Guideline salary for this position is up to £45,000.

Candidates must be electrically qualified, ideally through a full apprenticeship, with at least five years of experience working within a similar commercial M&E environment. Along with core training, additional qualifications such as 2391, F-Gas, etc will all be beneficial, and candidates should also hold a current or lapsed HV AP status. Particular working knowledge should cover:

Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation, Air Handling & Fan Coil Units, 1st line Chiller & Boiler faults, Pumps, Motors, HV Distribution (Switching, Writing Schedules, Permits), Diesel Generators, UPS Systems, etc.

The customer have a good reputation for training and development for their engineers, both internally and through their various other commercial contracts.
