£23,000 - £25,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £30,000) + Benefits + Shifts


Exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in the thriving manufacturing industry in this varied setter operator role. Work with injection moulding machinery in a brand new plastics production facility for a well-known worldwide leader. Excellent earnings potential on offer and plenty of overtime opportunities always available.

This company manufacture varied based products for leading brand names and have a global presence. Working on small bespoke projects, now is an exciting time to join this expanding company. With a strong European presence they are currently making their UK market known and encourage you to use your own initiative on a day to day basis.

The Role
* Monitoring the factory with daily check lists
* Solving technical issues on machinery
* Ensuring production is running smoothly
* 3 shift pattern rotating (6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am)

The Person
* Experience from the plastic manufacturing industry
* Setter/operator experience
* Good problem solving skills
* Commutable to Oxford
