Our client is an established modern day manufacturer within a specialised industry. They are the UK's leading supplier of specialist product exported worldwide. Due to the expansion of the maintenance team they are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Shift Leader to manage all engineering/maintenance work on a day's shift pattern.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Managing Stores/Engineering Administrator & Condition Monitoring Engineers
* Ensuring Health & Safety , carrying out risk assessment's & company audits
* Pro-actively managing & adopting best practice for the site
* Identify areas of improvement with the engineering team.
* Working with & supporting other areas of the business as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Engineering degree or equivalent qualified
* Managerial experience developing & engaging with workforce
* Manufacturing maintenance experience
* LEAN/CI Manufacturing techniques

* Proven experience using SAP/ SAP Super user

Benefits Package:

* £35,000 - £40,000
