Due to the continued growth and expansion of an engineering company based in Oldham in the construction sector, my client is seeking to add a Facilities Administrator to their existing team. The company are well renowned in the sector in which they operate and the facilities management team has gone from strength to strength of late. The company also operate in the design and constriction sectors also.

You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all facilities management contracts and associated project work. You will make sure that tasks are completed on time and within budget to client specifications. Procure sub contractors, plant and materials when required. You will monitor and respond to emergency requests and maintain strong working relationships along the route. It is preferred that you are an experienced user of MS Office and Adobe InDesign. At this stage it is essential that you have used or are an advanced user of CAFM Explorer.

You will have some experience in a similar, highly organised, role which would preferably be in the construction industry. You will have experience of working to tight deadlines and conflicting demands while producing high-quality work. You will have excellent communication skills including both written and verbal. We are looking for someone educated to a minimum of GCSE level.
