Progressive and people friendly civil/structural practice seek an Associate Infrastructure Engineer for their Hemel Hempstead office. You will be Reporting to the Technical Director and working alongside other Associates. Your role is crucial to the technical delivery that underpins the firms ambitious growth plans.

You are expected to have a great deal of experience in the delivery of residential infrastructure projects to UK-based residential developers and in dealing with statutory authorities.

The firm is a medium sized practice, who from small beginnings have grown to 50+ staff, with plans to continue expanding due to their busy workload. There are no glass ceilings here! The office in Hemel has around 30 civil/structural staff and is near the town centre. Parking is available. You need a car as they are too far to walk from the station.

They have offices in several UK locations and work on interesting and challenging buildings structures projects in a variety of sectors, often commercial and residential. Projects range from £1 million to £100 million and clients include some big name developers. They are a flexible practice who offer a supportive working environment with the emphasis on teamwork. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful technical and commercial execution of project work, as well as hands on design. You should be Chartered. You will be taking financial and commercial responsibility for the infrastructure team and you will also be responsible for the management of staff and projects.
