A brilliant job opportunity has arisen for a Global Trade Compliance Regional Manager for one of our clients, who are a design and manufacturing company of highly specialised Medical equipment, based at their site in Buckinghamshire.

The Job:
The Global Trade Compliance Regional Manager, Buckinghamshire responsible for ensuring the company has an effective trade compliance program that meets all local and applicable governmental rules and regulations. Responsibilities include developing applicable compliance processes and procedures, evaluating compliance status with various regulatory bodies including Customs, export control and tax authorities, communicate trade compliance policies and procedures and develop process improvement activities. Other responsibilities of the job will include assisting in the training, advice and guidance given to other areas of the business as necessary, engaging with senior leaders on strategies where trade matters may impact strategy, provide regular reports to Corporate leaders, along with developing an in depth knowledge of matters which relate to international activities (such as Tax, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain).

The Candidate:
The Global Trade Compliance Regional Manager must have a strong background in a relevant discipline and knowledge of European and US Import and Export Controls.
