An established company is looking for the role of Call Handler to join their team. Our client is looking for candidates who are good on the telephone and used to dealing with all manner of people.

We need candidates who are confident on the phones to call clients and conduct customer service surveys over the phone using a script on screen. There is full training provided and you must have transport.

This is an ongoing temporary position and the work hours do vary depending on the workload. The hours can be from 9am to 5pm or 12pm – 8pm or 4pm to 8pm and the times on Saturdays are 10.30am to 6pm. You will need your own transport to get to the company’s attractively modern offices off the A38 as they are not within easy reach of public transport.
