They have carried out projects for various industry sectors with a client base comprised of predominantly private sector organisations - typically FTSE 100/250, Fortune 500 and private equity companies that are operational investors.

They are actively looking to recruit new exceptional Consultants to assist with key projects and ultimately drive the business forward. Experienced Consultants to lead and drive the projects for their blue chip client base. As an experienced Consultant, you have the opportunity to manage clients, develop Junior Consultants, be involved in business development, and be part of the senior team building and shaping the future development of the company

Candidates will have graduated and have a minimum of a 2:1 degree ideally in a quantitative subject such as Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics. Ideally from University of Oxford, University of Cambridge or Imperial College or a redbrick university. If you have a 1st class degree with at least 2 A levels at A grade you will be also considered. Skills that are also essential to succeed in the company are exceptional problem solving skills, excellent team working skills and the initiative and drive to take responsibility and make things happen.

The Role
* Assist in translating strategic change concepts into project briefs and deliverables
* Assist with the co-ordination of projects by translating the brief into a workable plan through the definition of resource requirements and key deliverables
* Work as part of larger project teams assisting in the delivery of high level, longer term strategic projects
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, strengthening analytic and project management skills
* Participate in business and strategy development

Skills Required
* An outstanding academic background with a top class degree in a Scientific quantitative discipline
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Familiarity with business to business sectors
* Autonomous and always concerned about the quality of your work
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
* Bright, highly ambitious and intellectually curious
* An independent thinker with entrepreneurial drive and desire to solve high level strategic challenges and take early ownership
