Are you motivated and eager to play a key part in supporting companies through an exciting time in their development? A successful Change Management Consultancy firm are looking to expand their Management Consultancy Practice. You will develop close working relationships with your clients and through listening, understanding and finding solutions, will help them to achieve their goals.

To be successful in this position, you will have solid consultancy experience and a proven track record in leading critical and complex business change programmes. Working on fresh and challenging opportunities will require you to be used to working in a consultancy/client facing environment, able to build excellent client relationship, be comfortable with working at boardroom level on a daily basis and have excellent key stakeholder management and soft skills.

What will this role involve?
Developing close working relationships with your clients; encouraging open communication and promoting mutual trust and respect
Gaining an understanding of business needs and providing professional and honest advice
Ensuring clients are regularly briefed on the progression of the project and challenges are dealt with effectively
Supporting Bid Management Team by identifying new opportunities and contribute to account planning

What are we looking for?
Experience stemming from a recognised consultancy practice
Experience of leading at least two £multi-million programmes, that were delivered over a minimum of a 12-month period
Experience across a variety of industries would be extremely beneficial (finance, retail, media and telecoms industries are desirable)
Experience of delivering business change that have involved a significant IT Enabled Change component
Exceptional communication skills; the ability to draw out information and explain complex issues in an effective way
A passion, enthusiasm and drive for assisting clients in achieving success
