The successful candidate will join a leading Consultancy working on residential and commercial projects with values ranging from £100k to £800m.

My client is looking for an energetic self-starter who is able to prioritise an ever varying workload, who is also interested in work across London. The role comes with excellent career progression and training opportunities as they are Investors in People and hold many excellent employer awards.

You will be carrying out the duties of the CDM-Advisor in line with the requirements of the 2015 CDM regulations.


• Required: Chartered/Fellow Member IOSH.
NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ or equivalent.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Provide functional and pragmatic health and safety advice, guidance and coaching to project teams
• Carry out health and safety inspections of construction sites
• Compile reports (electronically) for issue to clients
• Be aware of and keep up to date with relevant legislation which affects the properties managed by our clients
• Site inspections and reports
• Assist in promoting sustainable thinking to our clients, and have a basic level of understanding as to how to integrate sustainable thinking into our projects

• Experience working as a CDM-A/PD within the construction industry is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
• Effective decision maker and team player.
• Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Computer literate, with good time management.
