Altran is recuiting a Quality Engineer for our Coventry office.

Planning and implementing quality assurance processes.
Generating quality assurance inputs for quality and manufacturing reports as required. 
Performing analysis of quality  metrics and initiate improvements as applicable. 
Systematically performing audit and surveillance activities. 
Primary point of contact and  able to offer advice for programmes on quality assurance matters
Knowledge of FAIR and  concession process.
Contributing and enhancing quality by engaging and building relationships with internal & external contacts.  
Responsible for customer pre-audit checks and facilitating reviews.
Responsible for all deliverable items to meet customer's standards and guidelines.

As a quality engineer you will be fundamental to our ability to deliver to our customers and clients. Our customer expectations are high; as such we are looking for adaptive driven people to deliver on time to required quality.
The ideal candidate will possess creative problem-solving skills in a team environment and comfortable with communicating clearly and efficiently throughout varying levels of both the customer and Altran businesses.
Due to the nature of the assignments undertaken by Altran you will work in an environment that promotes autonomy and initiative, requiring a flexible attitude. Above all you will have a desire to progress.


Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in engineering or technology.
Experience in engineering or technology environment.
Knowledge about project management and different methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model etc.)
Automotive SPICE assessment/audit experience.
Background knowledge about automotive standards for software development (AUTOSAR, MISRA Coding Rules etc.)
Experience in relative environment in Tier 1 suppliers or Car Manufactures.
Experience with automotive manufacturing processes and standards (ISO9001)
